Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week: Shaping Futures at Frank Rogers

Today, we reflected on their progress:

• Max, Level 2 Joinery Apprentice, shared, "I'm always learning something new, and seeing my contributions take shape on-site is incredibly fulfilling."
• Jack, Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, added, "Getting involved in different parts of our projects has really opened my eyes and confirmed that this is the right path for me."

During this week, we also delved into the insightful article, "Purpose Beyond Profit: Embedding Organisational Values to Attract Gen Z Talent" from Investors in People. The article resonates with our commitment, especially now, by highlighting the importance of aligning organisational values with the expectations of younger generations.
