Frank Rogers Building Contractors is proud to announce a significant milestone in our journey to promote workplace well-being: we have officially signed the #BuildingMentalHealth Pledge.
This commitment reflects our dedication to creating a supportive and healthy environment for all our employees.
By signing the pledge, we reinforce our commitment to raising mental health awareness across the company, ensuring that our teams have access to the support and resources they need. This initiative aligns with our core values, prioritising both the physical and mental health of our workforce. We recognise that in the demanding construction industry, fostering a workplace where mental health is openly discussed and supported is critical to overall well-being and productivity.
Dean Rogers, Managing Director of Frank Rogers Building Contractors, remarked:
"Mental health awareness and support are essential in today's world, particularly in industries like ours, where stress and demanding work conditions can take a toll. We want all our employees to feel supported and know that their well-being is our priority. Signing the Building Mental Health Pledge is just one of many steps we're taking to build a healthier, more resilient workforce."
As part of this pledge, we are committed to:
• Promoting mental health awareness through education and open conversations.
• Offering training to line managers and staff to recognise and support mental health challenges.
• Providing access to mental health first aiders and resources.
• Developing an inclusive workplace culture that prioritises mental well-being.
This pledge is more than a commitment—it’s an opportunity for us to continue fostering a culture where every individual feels supported and empowered to seek help when needed.
